Curate the Shop: You will take charge of ordering annuals, gifts, fountains, and houseplants, working with vendors to create stunning displays.
Prioritize Safety: You will champion a safety-first culture, ensuring the nursery is a secure environment for your team to work in and for families to visit.
Master the Details: From balancing cash drawers to inventory management, you ensure the ship runs smoothly and profitably.
People Skills: You can resolve conflict, motivate a team, and charm a customer.
Plant Knowledge: You know your perennials from your annuals (and how to care for them).
Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with computer hardware, accounting software, and registers.
Reliability: You are ready to be present during our busiest times, including weekends.
