Due to increased demand, we are now searching for a qualified, experienced and dedicated bankruptcy paralegal with strong experience in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Remote work hours will range from 10 - 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents
*Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents
*Perform means testing and analyze financial documents
*Assist with drafting and filing motions, objections, and other court documents
*Manage deadlines and maintain case calendars
*Monitor court dockets and communicate with trustees and court personnel
*Provide general support to the attorney throughout the case lifecycle
