**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in producing custom, short-run, prototype equipment. You will be responsible for welding thin stainless steel using TIG or heliarc techniques. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques. + Strong math skills for precise measurement and calculations. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 standards. + Experience with intricate welding processes for developing complex fabrications. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a temperature-controlled environment and a custom shop atmosphere, promoting continuous learning and skill development. Multiple shifts available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
