Job Summary We are seeking a Shift Manager for Warehouse Operations to oversee and lead daily operations during the day shift. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work a 5-day week schedule during day shifts
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities during the designated shift
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of all warehouse equipment and tools
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor levels of supplies
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency
- Resolve any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely manner
Salary Competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $85,000 DOE
