Compensation Estimate: $110,000 $145,000 (based on travel frequency and location)
Role Overview: Responsible for site safety across various projects on a "roaming" basis. Implement safety programs, audit field operations, and drive compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety audits / inspections across multiple project sites
Develop, enforce, and maintain safety policies & procedures
Provide safety training to field employees & subcontractors
Report on safety KPIs, incidents, and corrective actions
Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe execution
Skills / Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction safety best practices & applicable regulations
Excellent communication and training skills
Proven experience in safety management / auditing
Ability to travel frequently and engage with various field sites
Certification like OSHA, CSP, or similar preferred
