Accountabilities

• Manage claims in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Adjudicate medical-only claims and limited lost time workers' compensation claims.
• Collaborate with case managers and legal representatives.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain records and file timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience managing workers' compensation claims.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Adjusters license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation laws across multiple jurisdictions.
