This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will play a vital role in overseeing impactful initiatives focused on human rights and responsible sourcing. You will be responsible for managing project activities, establishing governance frameworks, and assessing human rights due diligence systems. This role demands a proactive approach to capacity-building among local suppliers to address child labor issues. You will also engage comprehensively with various stakeholders, ensuring that the project objectives are met effectively and that key indicators are tracked.

Accountabilities

• Lead the project planning, execution, and monitoring of all project activities.
• Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan and track key indicators and outcomes.
• Oversee partnerships with local implementing partners, processors, and suppliers.
• Organize and facilitate partner coordination meetings, learning workshops, and field visits.
• Develop progress reports, case studies, and internal updates.
• Lead procurement processes, including Terms of Reference and RFPs.
• Facilitate implementation of child labor monitoring and remediation systems.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects on children’s rights, human rights due diligence, responsible sourcing, living wage/living income, and occupational safety and health.
• Background in project monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite; experience with MacOS preferred.
• Strong writing skills, including authoring reports.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information and data comfortably and accurately.
• Strong commitment to protecting workers’ rights.
• High-level oral and written communication skills; proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters.
• Strong organizational skills, program management skills, time management skills, and keen attention to detail.
