Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager to join a top entertainment company in NYC. This Freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be based in their NYC office on a hybrid schedule. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle and engagement marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between design, copywriting, creative leads, and cross-functional marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing creative assets
• Managing timelines
• Prioritizing creative asset delivery
• Optimizing design workflows specifically for marketing emails and app notifications that engage customers throughout their lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation. 

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing processes and timelines for marketing or creative teams, ideally within lifecycle marketing, digital media, or entertainment environments
• Expertise in project management software and organizational tools, such as Airtable, with a strong understanding of how to leverage them to streamline workflows and drive project success
• In-depth knowledge of design and production workflows, particularly related to lifecycle marketing and digital production assets
• Exceptional attention to detail, combined with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a talent for understanding team needs, asking the right questions, and proactively seeking feedback to keep projects on track
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
• Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and new tools or workflows
