Growing together.** As a **Pharmacy Technician** , you will support the on-site pharmacist in preparing prescription orders, packaging medications, and maintaining pharmacy standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Location: 140 Southcenter Ct, Suite 600, Morrisville, NC **Primary Responsibilities:** + Assist Pharmacist In Charge with compliance duties + Prepare "pre-pack" blister cards for pharmacy using MTS Machines or hand packing + Use MTS and Parata Machines to prepare high volume of production daily + Following a schedule, inventory, track, and order appropriate medications to be packed + Complete a daily cleaning schedule to ensure proper functionality of the machines + Identify quality related errors and correct as necessary + Work as a team to meet goals and metrics + Stock supplies and return bottles to the correct location You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualification:** + Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure in North Carolina **Preferred Qualifications:** + PTCB certification + 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
