One Revenue Cycle (ORC) is the name adopted to reflect the Providence employees who work throughout Providence Health & Services (PH&S) in revenue cycle systems and structures in support of our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.

• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)

• Previous registrar and third party payor experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team

Providence has a long-standing tradition of caring for residents in western Montana since the Sisters of Providence arrived in the state in 1864.
