The Great Escape Room is a fast-growing, family-owned entertainment company with 16 locations across the Eastern United States. Our Longwood office supports operations, technology, and strategic initiatives company-wide.
We are seeking a highly reliable, self-motivated Part-Time Corporate Office Assistant with a strong interest in AI tools and automation . This role is based in our Longwood office and focuses primarily on AI integration , with additional support on internal projects. This position is ideal for a college student looking to gain real-world experience in a business environment.
Research, test, and assist with implementing AI tools (e.g., workflow automation, documentation support, process optimization)
Document AI use cases, processes, and best practices
Support small corporate projects and internal process improvements
Provide general administrative and technology support as needed
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technology
Highly reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Self-starter with excellent follow-through
Comfortable learning and using new software tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Available to work 2–3 days per week on-site / remote
College student preferred
$18.00 per hour
Hands-on experience with AI integration in a growing company
