Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Reports To: Senior Project Controlls Manager
Pay: $25.00- $30.00/hourly

We’re looking for a NetSuite Assistant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and support day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily NetSuite activities (saved searches, reports, dashboards, and basic troubleshooting).
• Assist with user onboarding, roles, permissions, and access management.
• Maintain KPIs and reports used by leadership and internal teams.
• Partner with Finance and Operations on data pulls and reporting needs.
• Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
• Participate in system cleanup, data integrity checks, and testing.
• Assist with small enhancements and feature rollouts.
• Build, optimize, and maintain workflows, approvals, and automation.
• Manage system updates, sandbox refreshes, and release reviews.
• Troubleshoot integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop advanced saved searches, reports, and customizations (training provided).

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• 1+ year of hands-on NetSuite experience (admin, reporting, support, or operations).
• Strong skills with saved searches, reports, dashboards, and navigation.
• Understanding of business processes (accounting, inventory, order management, or procurement).
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and strong organizational habits.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with workflows, SuiteAnalytics, or light scripting (SuiteScript/JavaScript).
• Exposure to integrations (Celigo, Boomi, APIs).
• ERP support or system admin background.
• NetSuite certification (or interest in earning one).
• Process improvement or project coordination experience.
