This role offers the opportunity to shape the voice of a fast-growing brand, build campaigns that resonate with our audience, and drive measurable business growth through strategic leadership.

Successful candidates bring exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a proven track record of success, combined with a positive attitude, high energy, and an innate drive to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive lead generation across target markets.
  • Own multi-channel campaign planning and management, including digital, content, email, social media, and events.
  • Partner with sales and product leadership to create compelling content and materials that support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic insights to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website strategy, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives.
  • Lead PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and industry partnerships.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
  • Report on marketing performance and business impact to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated progression in responsibility, preferably in logistics, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and/or leading marketing teams.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with a portfolio of impactful content.
  • Expert proficiency with marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strategic, creative, and innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong business acumen.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Equity opportunities in a fast-growing company.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, 401(k), etc.).
  • A chance to shape the future of marketing for a transformative brand in last-mile logistics.
