Manufacturing Assembly Operator – Foam & Molding Lines

Location: Rockford, TN

Compensation: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, multiple shifts available

Open Shifts

• 1st: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd (Assembly): Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• 2nd (Molding): Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd (Molding): Sun night – Thu night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Immediate hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components using hand and power tools; adjust and align parts as required.
• Place foam pieces onto components accurately per work instructions.
• Perform quality checks on parts and finished products to meet company standards.
• Thrive in a repetitive production setting while maintaining high efficiency.
• Keep your area orderly and follow all safety procedures.
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or equipment issues promptly.
• Contribute ideas to enhance processes and increase efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic reading, math, and reasoning skills.
• Clear communication—both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to schedules.

You should be proficient in:

• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
