1st & 2nd SHIFT Machine Operator position in OCONOMOWOC!
Both shifts will require overtime.
Responsibilities: The position will primarily operate a press by inserting/removing material from machine but may rotate between operating other presses/equipment that a person can be trained on. Each rotation will be dependent on workload, and the person will be expected to learn the individual processes.
Qualifications: Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to read measurements in metric and traditional scale. Problem solving skills and attention to detail. HS Diploma or Equivalent is required. At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand for up to 10 hour per shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
