**Job Title: Industrial Cleaner 19/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Production Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks using hand tools and equipment to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of our machinery and work areas. Your duties will include cleaning ash, oil spills, and other residues, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness during machine shutdowns. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand tools and equipment, such as shovels, scrapers, power washing equipment, and hoses, to perform cleaning tasks. + Clean ash from products and shovel it into buckets. + Address oil spills and maintain cleanliness around machinery. + Conduct comprehensive cleaning of entire machines during shutdowns. + Perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and crawling. + Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Climb ladders attached to machinery and stairs. + Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including double hearing protection, fire-resistant coveralls, eye protection, and a hard hat. + Clean grease, oil, ash, and lime at the manufacturing site. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and production environments. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. + Willingness to work varied hours if required. + Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with power washing or hydro blasting equipment. + Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes. + Understanding of confined spaces or respirator use. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The environment is hot, dirty, loud, dusty, and oily, requiring preparation for these conditions. A standard 40-hour workweek is expected, with shifts generally starting at 6:30 AM. Overtime may involve earlier or later shifts. Required PPE includes steel toe boots, eye protection, a hard hat, double hearing protection, and fire-resistant coveralls. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delta, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
