Our content creation team creates engaging, high-quality user and learning experiences across a range of technical and compliance topics. This role requires expertise in UX/UI and coding, with a preference for past experience with instructional design and storyboarding within the Articulate tools, specifically Storyline and RISE. Self-motivated and naturally curious. Comfortable navigating ambiguous timelines while maintaining forward momentum and working collaboratively with a diverse group of people and working styles.

Someone with an intersection of design and back-end coding, proficient in how CSS, HTML, and JavaScript are used to customize interactive learning blocks — preferably within systems like Storyline, Articulate, and RISE.
Must have:

• Portfolio of design work (preference for Articulate)
• Content creation - Create engaging and interactive content, including multimedia elements like videos, audio, graphics, and animations
• Technology integration - Fluent in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) to build and manage courses
• Communication skills - Strong communication skills are needed to collaborate effectively with SMEs and other stakeholders, receive rapid and sometime contradictory feedback, and has an acute attention to detail
• Enjoys collaboration - Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives, identify content requirements, and ensure content accuracy
• Self-directed - Works well independently & can navigating ambiguous timelines while maintaining forward momentum
• Exposure to Javascript and HTML required.

Occasional calls with China and California, so they have to be able to join 1-2 hours a week in either time zone.
