We are currently accepting applications for a Drug Screen Technician. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to exceptional patient service. Key Responsibilities:

•    Learn and understand regulated and non-regulated drug testing procedures
•    Obtain certification as a Drug Test and Breath Alcohol Technician (training provided by NowCare)
•    Greet and check in patients at the front desk; verify requested services
•    Accurately enter patient demographic and testing information into the electronic system
•    Prepare appropriate testing and consent forms
•    Conduct drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with company protocols
•    Log, label, and prepare specimens for shipment to the laboratory
•    Scan and upload documentation into patient records
•    Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
•    Ensure testing rooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
•    Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
•    Provide on-site collections at client locations as needed

Work Schedule Requirements:
•    Ability to work weekdays starting at 7:45 AM and/or until 8:00 PM on a rotating schedule
•    Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating basis
•    Willingness to become credentialed and respond to after-hours pager for emergency collections
