Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)
Location: La Crosse, WI
Hourly Pay: $18.50
Schedule: 3-Day Work Week; Monday 4:30am start; Wednesday & Friday 4:00am;
Possible overnights and weekends

In this full-time position, you'll deliver top-brand aftermarket auto, RV, and marine parts directly to our customers, providing friendly and dependable service.

Position Highlights
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
    (Paid $500 at 6 months + $500 at 12 months of continuous full-time employment)
  • Hourly raises  of up to $0.50/hour available at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance
  • Drive  well-maintained company vehicles equipped with heat and A/C

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a 15 ft. or larger box truck to deliver parts and accessories
  • Load, secure, and unload products using proper handling techniques
  • Provide  exceptional customer service during deliveries, representing Keystone with professionalism and integrity
  • Verify orders and communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have at least 6 months of experience driving a 15 ft. box truck, or larger
  • Have no motor vehicle violations within the last 24 months
  • Must be eligible for a U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain a FAST pass
  • Able to lift freight up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Able to pass DOT physical examination
