We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage our contract processes and agreements. This individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a variety of contracts, including sales contracts, vendor contracts, and software licenses. The Corporate Counsel will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain contract templates and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Drive automation and efficiency across legal and business operations to streamline processes
Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and issues
Collaborate with the Sales team to support the sales process by providing guidance on contract terms and conditions
Manage the contract review and approval process, ensuring timely execution of contracts
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract processes and procedures
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and customers
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; JD from an accredited U.S. law school a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a SaaS company or technology-focused environment
Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and best practices
Fair, strong, concise, and balanced negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with contract management software
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
