The first weeks of your trucking career matter most. That’s why you’ll train beside a mentor who teaches with patience and understanding. You’ll never be rushed or left in the dark. Every week of training is paid, giving you a safe and steady start.

Pay & Benefits

• 4–6 weeks of paid mentor-led training
• $300 orientation pay added to your first solo check
• $0.56 CPM paid on every mile after training
• Average weekly solo pay of about $1,300
• 1,600–2,200 miles per week
• All freight is no-touch and around half is drop and hook
• Full benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k)
• Rider and pet policy available after completing training

Schedule & Home Time

• 4–6 week training period
• Home every 14 days for two full days once you upgrade

Requirements

• Accredited CDL-A school with at least 120 hours
• Minimum age of 21
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
• Clean MVR for 3 years
• Hair and urine drug tests required
• Consistent and reliable employment history
