Job Description

Whiskey River Ankeny in Ankeny, IA is looking for one bar manager to join our team. We are located on 1350 Southwest Vintage Parkway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety
• Ensure liquor license is up to date and in accordance with legislation
• Hire, train, and develop new bar team members
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of bar equipment used
• Licenses or certifications that apply in the area
• Experience in a bar position preferred
