XL Driver   Helper:

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate:  $18.25/hr
• Overtime Pay:  $27.38/hr (after 40 hrs/week)
• Estimated Annual Earnings:  $37,960+/year (based on 40 hrs/week × 52 wks, plus OT)
• Paid Time Off (PTO):  4% of earnings ($1,518/year) redeemable anytime in ADP as  cash

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist drivers with the  safe handling and delivery of heavy/bulky items  (50-300 lbs with team lift)
• Load and unload  packages from delivery vehicles
• Use handheld technology for routing and delivery updates
• Deliver packages with care, professionalism, and excellent customer service
• Support teammates with rescues and extra deliveries when needed

Requirements:

• Age:  18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages with a team (50-70+lbs frequently, up to 300 lbs with partner)
• Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Must pass a standard pre-employment drug screen 

Work Details:

• Location:  Amazon HMC3 Station 2361 S Withers Rd, Liberty, MO 64068
• Breaks:  2 paid 15-minute breaks + 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
• Hiring Timeline:  Typically 1-2 weeks to complete

A Day in the Life

Your shift starts at the Amazon station, where youll help load the truck, then spend the day teaming up with a driver to deliver oversized items. Youll lift, carry, and deliver packages while using handheld devices to track progress. Its active work that keeps you moving all day.

Many of our helpers go on to become Van or Box Truck Drivers. From there, some grow into leadership or operations roles. We provide training and advancement opportunities for those ready to step up.
